1. Call to Order, roll call and establishment of a quorum
2. Discuss and vote to approve or disapprove authorizing the Superintendent to declare an emergency.
3. Discuss and vote to approve or disapprove authorizing the Superintendent the provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 with reference to notice and bids shall not apply to a contract not exceeding
Thirty-five Thousand Dollars, in amount provided, such authority shall not extend to any contract exceeding Five Hundred Thousand Dollars in amount.

I, the undersigned Clerk of the Board of Education of Caddo Kiowa Technology Center School District, Caddo County, Oklahoma, certify that this emergency meeting was called because of the following reasons:
Roof on Building # 200, damaged by wind and rain over weekend, and that the time requirements of public notice of a special meeting would have increased the likelihood of personal injury, property damage, or immediate financial loss for the school district.
I also certify that because of the emergency situation, under the existing circumstances, the only advance public notice that could be given consisted of electronic notice and notice to the Caddo County Clerk.
